This was the 3rd time that we stayed at the Bike House 2 and as expected it was excellent. This is a lovely house that is well appointed, close to town, clean, and spacious. The outdoor space is great with a patio, hot tub, sauna, fire pit all overlooking the bike trail. The property manager was attentive and responsive to any our needs. We would definately consider renting this house again if we come back to Bentonville.

Very clean, modern and comfortable condo. Close parking made it an easy in and out. The location was close to bike trails, downtown and the Momentary. Everything needed for a relaxing stay.

We had an incredible experience here. It is a perfect location for larger groups and sets the perfect atmosphere for enjoying all Bentonville has to offer. Beautiful home with all the amenities and features you need. We highly recommend if you're looking for a space to stay and create memories with family and friends you'll never forget.

A clean, modern, bright house. Pantry was very well stocked. More utensils in the kitchen then we probably have ever seen at a rental accommodation. Everything was of a high-quality. We had a minor appliance issue that was reported and immediately addressed. The location was perfect, quiet and nice view on the forest and the bike paths. We would definitely return and have recommended it to our extended family. A pleasant 20 minute walk to the crystal bridges museum. The EV charger in the garage was a real plus.

We love staying at Dwell and Play when we are in Bentonville, which on average is about once a month. I do have a couple of suggestions to make things a little better. In the townhouse we stayed in the second bathroom had a screw that fell out of the door handle which made it difficult to get in and out of that bathroom. Also adding and extra hand towel bar over by the second sink by the toilet would keep guests from dripping across the vanity or floor to wipe their hands. Otherwise, as always we love staying here and enjoying the convenience of everything.

We stayed here for a long weekend while celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Absolutely loved the home and its amenities. The weather wasn’t conducive to mountain biking, but we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna enough to get a tan! We enjoyed watching the deer, birds, and squirrels in the woods behind the house. Will definitely be back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the trails right out the back door.

This is where you want to stay. It not only is visually beautiful, but also super clean so very generously stocked, they saved me many trips to the store for things I forgot to bring or buy while I was out. I was able to walk into downtown, which has lovely shops and great restaurants, especially Junto. The mountain bike trails are right there. We hopped on our bikes and were on a trail in 1 minute. We truly loved our stay and when we return we won’t need to look any further.

This house made me fall in love with Bentonville. I also stayed at two other Dwell & Play properties during my 2 week long trip. All amazing with all the perfect amenities.
