5 ⭐️’s are not enough stars to rate this property! As a group of 10, we’ve never secured a more accommodating luxury rental. As cyclists, we have never experienced a property that anticipated our needs in every possible way. Tools, outlets for E-bikes and the space, washing stations! With multiple living spaces, outdoor decks, seating, hot tubs , we were conflicted with our set itinerary. We wanted to stay at Bike House 3 more than could. Already working on the calendar to find our way back!

This place checked every box and then some. The location is unbeatable, close to downtown and with direct trail access right from the backyard, which was a dream. The house itself was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely went above and beyond — they even brought in our grocery delivery before we arrived so everything was waiting for us when we walked through the door. We had the best week here! We’ll absolutely be back.

This is a quiet spot where you can rest after a long day—a clean, safe place. But what I loved most is that it’s close to everything; we had the opportunity to enjoy the nearby restaurants and our morning lattes. I can assure you that you will enjoy this place! 100%

This is an absolutely beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. The space is laid out in a way that provides flexibility for privacy or getting everyone together without feeling cramped. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a luxury home that feels welcoming and provides space for multiple activities at the same time. The views of the surrounding trails and natural areas are as advertised. The back deck is perfect for entertainment throughout the day and into the evening.

Had a wonderful stay at Todd’s place. The apartment was excellent and in a prime location. Todd was a fantastic host, very responsive, and he shared plenty of helpful recommendations before I even arrived. I would absolutely stay here again.

If you are a mountain biker, this house is the best! The tech hub and trails are right in the backyard. After a ride you can roll right up to the house then relax and watch riders on the trail from the comfort of the deck. The house is beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable! There are lots of extras, including local coffees and snacks. Having the hot tub and sauna were a definite plus. We loved this spot and would recommend it to anyone wanting the best Bentonville experience possible.

Every aspect of Todd's place was 'just right'! It was comfortable, spotless and well organized. I had everything I needed provided for. He was very quick to respond to a special request I made. I would stay here again.

This was our second stay at Bike House1. Location is just amazing! Staring out into the woods from inside or out. Watching mountain biker's pull up to the trailhead contemplating which trail to drop in, simply awesome! As usual, Home was super clean and very accommodating. Todd is always available if there are any issues, looking forward to future bookings.

I had an amazing stay at this condo in Bentonville! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was thoughtfully organized. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from downtown, great restaurants, and all that Bentonville has to offer. It was especially convenient for exploring the trails and local attractions while still being quiet and relaxing at night. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in providing a top-notch experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Bentonville. Five stars all the way!
