For parking, there is ample onsite parking available for up to 4 vehicles in total. You can park 2 vehicles in the garage, and an additional 2 vehicles can be parked parallel in the concrete driveway apron. This ensures that you have enough space for your vehicles while maintaining convenience. Please note that parking on the public asphalt alleyway is not permitted. This restriction is in place to ensure that access to trails and the nearby park is not blocked for other residents or visitors. A clean, modern, bright house. Pantry was very well stocked. More utensils in the kitchen then we probably have ever seen at a rental accommodation. Everything was of a high-quality. We had a minor appliance issue that was reported and immediately addressed. The location was perfect, quiet and nice view on the forest and the bike paths. We would definitely return and have recommended it to our extended family. A pleasant 20 minute walk to the crystal bridges museum. The EV charger in the garage was a real plus.

We stayed here for a long weekend while celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Absolutely loved the home and its amenities. The weather wasn’t conducive to mountain biking, but we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna enough to get a tan! We enjoyed watching the deer, birds, and squirrels in the woods behind the house. Will definitely be back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the trails right out the back door.

Best location you can possibly have to access to MTB trails. Amazing house with everything you could ever need included. Deer come right outside while you enjoy the hot tub and sauna. It makes you want to live in Bentonville right now!
