Other Details to Note

Parking is limited as a trade-off for being directly next to the park and trails. Guests may park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the parking court on the decomposed brown granite. Please do not park on the side of the house, as that area is reserved for the guest wing of the property. Important: Do not park in the alley—it must remain clear for neighbors, mountain bikers, pedestrians, and service vehicles.

I like to describe Bentonville as a ski town, but for mountain biking. Stretching that analogy, this house is the ski-in, ski-out slope side property. In addition to a great location, the house is perfectly set up for multiple couples or families.

We used this property for a leadership goal-setting retreat, and it was perfect. The home is quiet, clean, beautifully designed, and had plenty of space for both focused work and group discussion. The environment made it easy to think clearly and stay productive, while still having great spots to relax and unwind. The setting itself added so much to the experience. Mornings were peaceful and energizing, and the evenings were ideal for unwinding after deep planning sessions. The layout of the home made it easy to run workshops, breakout discussions, and group meals without ever feeling cramped. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the amenities, was spot-on and clearly well cared for. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. The whole stay felt seamless and well thought out. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed here for the Big Sugar weekend, and this place could not have been more perfect. The location right on the MTB trails was unbeatable — just roll out and ride! The house was ideal for a large group of guys, with plenty of space to spread out and relax after long rides. The common areas were perfect for hanging out, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the amenities were truly top notch. Every detail was thought through, and it made for the smoothest and most enjoyable stay we’ve ever had. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for any cycling group coming to Bentonville!
