Bike House 2 is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home designed for riders, families, and extended stays. The main floor includes a spacious living area, dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring a 36" gas chef’s stove, 48" refrigerator, large island, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. A 16-foot wide glass door opens fully to the rear deck—blending indoor living with trail views. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, wooded views, and an 85" Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms also feature king beds—each with their own full bathroom and 65" Smart TV. The fourth bedroom includes twin bunk beds along with toys, books, and children’s items. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, located near the bedrooms for easy access during longer stays. The rear deck includes two chairs, a couch, and a dining table overlooking the trail—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals while watching cyclists and local deer. Do not park in the alley on the right side of the property. The alley must remain clear so neighbors can access the trail, park, and Bike House 3, located at the end of the alley. Parking Options for Bike House 2: Garage: Space for 2 vehicles. Driveway Apron: Smaller vehicles may be able to park parallel in front of the garage. Street Parking: Available on Fillmore Street. Please do not park in front of the homeowners at 1110.

This was the 3rd time that we stayed at the Bike House 2 and as expected it was excellent. This is a lovely house that is well appointed, close to town, clean, and spacious. The outdoor space is great with a patio, hot tub, sauna, fire pit all overlooking the bike trail. The property manager was attentive and responsive to any our needs. We would definately consider renting this house again if we come back to Bentonville.
